Agree the inspection scope before a deposit. Ask for the VIN, model year, exact trim, equipment, odometer reading and a recorded condition report.
Check bodywork, cabin condition, tyres, charging equipment and agreed functional checks. Confirm which checks require an independent inspector. Dated photos and video should identify the exact vehicle.

What does the price include? Confirm the trade term and whether freight, insurance, duties and local registration are included.
Is the manufacturer warranty valid overseas? Do not assume it transfers. Confirm the provider, territory and written terms.
Are China-market cars identical to official overseas models? Charging connectors, software, equipment and registration eligibility can differ. Confirm the exact VIN and specification.
